I want to give everyone a warning about this juice bar. Our son got anaphylaxis after having a parfait there. Last Sunday we went to this juice bar.We explained to them that we have a son who is allergic to tree nuts and we asked if the parfait in the picture that was next to the register had tree nuts in it . They said NO. Since we explained the allergy and asked twice if it had tree nuts, we trusted them. But it turned out that they had cashew milk as an ingredient and my son had anaphylaxis. He is fine after 6 hours of ER. It is obvious that their staff are not trained at all... If they are not trained for allergies, I really doubt if they are trained for essential skills such as food saf...
I never received my delivery order and no one called texted or emailed me that it was canceled-nothing-why do you ask for this information if you are not using it for customer service?
Great smoothies and green juice. I enjoy the fast, friendly service especially when you order through the app, which offers promotions and discounts regularly. We will return soon.
