We visited this restaurant on a Friday night in search of some jazz music. It was difficult to reach the restaurant by phone, but we were able to get a table without a reservation. Unfortunately, we found out that they do not have jazz music every night. Instead, there was a live band playing popular hits, which we still enjoyed. The singer had an amazing voice. The food was average. We tried the fan-favorite tostones con avocado, which had a generous amount of avocado but lacked the garlic lemon sauce that I prefer. My friend had a table here and my boyfriend (who is of color) and I attempted to join. We were told that only one of us could go because they were at “capacity” (50) people. There was welllll over 50 people inside. When I mentioned that. i was told ya there are and they are pushing it. However two large groups showed up, one group who were not even 21 and only had a picture of their “I’d” and they were all allowed in. Perhaps because they were Spanish. Our friends came out and spoke to them and the lady in the front said absolutely not that We can not enter. I have never felt sooo discriminated. I am not one to write reviews or pull out a race card. But that was the biggest slap in the face....
Love the music vibe! I'm from MN and we don't get this kind of live music often and so I'm loving it. I do agree with some other reviews about the food: overpriced and tastes ok. So maybe don't come hungry, but come ready to jive.I came on Monday and learned of their half priced menu and I stayed longer for the drinks and music!
The atmosphere was excellent! The customer service was fantastic and the food was delicious. My favorite dish was the octopus. Axlen was also a wonderful host. I highly recommend this place to everyone! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

This restaurant is absolutely stunning! They offer live music, delicious drinks, and excellent service. The prices are also reasonable.
