Let me start by saying I have eaten at neon tiger before and it was amazing! This time was really unfortunate, I was so excited to bring my vegan friend from out of town, spent 100$ on dinner and was so disappointed, food was bland nothing like before, zero service. We put in appetizers 30 mins before entrees food all arrived at the same time, nobody came to check in us after the food arrived for 45 mins. I had to wait until after my meal to get a napkin, had to ask for water refills, I don’t think I’ll be back which is unfortunate, i always recommended this spot to anyone visiting or tourist that ask. First time in awhile I left upset with dinner.
My bill before tip seemed higher than it should have been with tax. They don’t show you the line items when you pay, they just tell you the price and then ask for a tip. So, there’s no accountability or low pressure moment to verify if things are correct. It makes me feel suspicious and like I’m being tricked. Even though the food is good, this sort of customer-hostile attitude is a big turn off.
For a vegan or vegetarian, Neon Tiger is an incredible restaurant providing a broad menu of delicious and innovative meals. There are delicious vegan versions of comfort foods and inspirational meals that meet the challenge of impressing a foodie 's palate. For someone unfamiliar with vegan foods, this is the place to go and be impressed by what you have been missing.
Ist time there... Great Atmosphere, friendly and well dress staff. All food was well prepared and presented beautifully.. Pizza crust was perfect. Carrot Cake to finish the meal was moist and delicious... Give it a try!

Best vegan food I've ever eaten. Extraordinary. Second visit. Finally took a piece of the infamous chocolate cake 13 peeps have told me about home. OMG. So good.
This place is great! The crab cakes were absolutely delicious, some of the best I've had in a while. The service was outstanding.
Literally the best food ever but they always sit us at the tinest table in the very front like an elbow away from the rest.
We had a fantastic meal with great service! We will definitely return in the future.
