This restaurant offers some of the most traditional Chinese food I’ve had in the U.S.! The portions are generous, and the flavors are incredible. The Grilled Whole Fish(私房烤鱼 is absolutely outstanding—better than many restaurants in China. It’s perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside, with a rich, flavorful seasoning that’s perfectly balanced. The Stir-fried pork(农家小炒 is another highlight—tender meat, fresh ingredients, and expertly cooked with just the right amount of seasoning. Overall, an amazing dining experience.
