Definitely will never go back!!!! Spent over 70 for lunch. Ordered 2 of the same sandwiches and they have different ingredients. Salad wrong dressing soup cold . After sending food back 3 times still couldn't get it right. I would definitely pick somewhere else. General manager was rude confrontational and when asked for corporate number I was given it by employee vs the gm who I asked. And they just laughed. Sent a email to corporate no one bothered reaching out to me. But hey its ok I have over 5000 views on my reviews. So I may not get help by corporate but at least 5k people are now informed about the bad food and attitudes. I even waited 2 days before emailing corporate because I didn't...
As soon as I arrived at the restaurant, I noticed that the parking lot was clean and free of trash. I was welcomed by a new employee named C, who was very friendly. The General Manager, Hali, also greeted me. I decided to order the whole double club sandwich with loaded potato soup. Hali personally brought out my order, and the presentation on the plate was impressive. The sandwich and soup were absolutely delicious! Hali came by my table to make sure everything tasted good, and I assured her it was fantastic. Another employee, Tee, also checked on me with a beautiful smile. The dining area and restroom were both spotless, creating a great atmosphere with friendly staff. Roll Tide Roll!
Food is always amazing but honestly the service is always really awkward at the best. The workers seem very rude and like they don’t want to speak to customers much less check them out. Had one of them roll their eyes when I didn’t hear them call my number out for my food. It was loud in the store and I am hard of hearing. Just always got this aggressive “leave, get out” vibe to the store. Really sucks because the food is honestly amazing.
I’d suggest training the front house staff on customer service as well as knowledge on different forms of payment. My family received no assistances when trying to use Apple Pay resulting in us having to drive way across town to your establishment to assist with Apple Pay when your cashier could’ve done it. I had Newks for the first time and I’m so sad I don’t have one back home. I got the turkey avocado sandwich and tomato bisque. It was really good and I love the reusable cup you get with the fountain drink!
Got the wrong order brought to the table, then several minutes late came back and took it (note: our table ordered the same as apparently another table that ordered several minutes before our table.
5 /25/24 A turkey avocado sandwich with no avacado in name only. So oh I am sorry no tomatoes and no avocado it was lettuce of some kind turkey and mayo or ranch I could not tell

The food and service at this restaurant are consistently excellent. However, the prices for sandwiches, soup, and salad are a bit high.
