This was my first time at Nguyen’s Kitchen and I just wanted to share my experience for those who may have similar preference like me.1. Burnt meat: Pork was all burnt. As you see in the photos, they were too burnt. I understand there could be some burnt part of meats by cooking from the grill. Some may prefer their meats to be cook in this matter. However, for me and my family, this was burnt to the level beyond what we would eat. When we mentioned this issue to the restaurant, we were told it is how they normally cook. I bookmarked Nguyen's Kitchen a while ago because the food looked good and I finally had a chance to stop by while on a road trip. I came here at around noon time and it wasn't very busy. The inside of the restaurant is very small and has enough seating for maybe 10-15 people. I got the bulgogi banh mi and it was very delicious! I usually get the pork one so it was nice to try out a different one and it did not disappoint. The pickled vegetables were very fresh and the bread was soft on the inside, but slightly crispy on the outside. The bulgogi was well seasoned and they added a lot of meat to the inside! I'll definitely come back here again and also love how they are open super late.
I kept passing this place many times and has been wanting to try their food. I finally get to try it tonight. Its a pretty small place that could probably seat about 20 patrons? It's kind of a trendy place especially with youngster. The cashier was friendly and nice; took our orders of 2 garlic noodles with grilled pork, grilled pork sandwich and chicken popcorn. I was looking forward to the food but when our orders came, we were given the wrong food. Instead of garlic noodles, we were given grilled pork noodles (white noodles). We notified the cashier of the mixed up and he was nice enough to replaced it with the correct order. Food was delicious. I will definitely come back.
If you're searching for a quick meal after a late night at Disney that isn't from a drive-thru, this restaurant is perfect. The Chicken Thigh Bánh Mi and garlic noodles with extra chicken were amazing after a tiring day. We placed an online order as soon as we left Disney's parking lot, picked it up, and enjoyed it at the hotel. The order was ready in less than 15 minutes, with no waiting. It was easy and convenient. The Bánh Mi chicken sandwiches were devoured before I could even take a photo. Parking is limited with a small lot.

I had a great experience at this restaurant, overall rating 4 stars. I needed a place to work and searched for restaurants with Wi-Fi. I ordered the pork bowl which was delicious. The music was good and the people were friendly. I would have given 5 stars, but they do not offer regular ice tea (which is strange for a Vietnamese restaurant) and I was told that the Wi-Fi is not for customers, even though they have a public Wi-Fi network and a private one for their business (see attached picture).
Noodle bowls, salads and sandwiches were all fresh and tasty. Service was fast and friendly even for out of town visitors a little slow to review the menu and order. The restaurant is in a busy location with a moderate number of free parking spaces. Getting in and out of the lot can be tricky in heavy traffic.Parking: Free lot with a moderate number of spaces. If you visit during peak hours, have a back up plan if all spots are full.
This restaurant lives up to the hype. I forgot to leave a proper review the first time I dined here, so I'm updating now! I love the small and cozy atmosphere. I ordered the garlic noodles with pork and although I wish it had more vegetables, it was still delicious. The tea selection is also great. This is definitely going to be one of my go-to spots when I'm in the area or craving something late at night.
SO good! I've enjoyed this place since they first opened. Anything that you get here is absolutely delicious. Watch out for the spicy stuff if you aren't a spicy person! My personal favorites are the pork chops sandwich (with no spicy sauce) and the bulgolgi garlic pasta. I also enjoy a side of Thai tea.Food: 5/5

I love that the food is fresh and delicious plus affordable! They will take to serve the food about 10 minutes after ordering depending on the amount of people before you arrive. For lunch or dinner it's the best there is in SoCal!!! ?Food: 5/5
This is a cute restaurant ? Manny at the checkout is fantastic. Giving it 4 stars because their drink fountain is filthy! They need to clean the ice chute! That was a disappointment ? cause the food was good!Food: 4/5
