I think it’s so great that Nick’s has vegan and gluten-free options and that the menu has so many items. That being said, the regular pizza there is never good. Every time I’ve eaten there I’ve been sort of disappointed and the other day I ordered a large pie (which wasn’t cheap) and there was literally no sauce on it. Like you could see the crust in all the places where there wasn’t cheese and you couldn’t even taste any sauce. It had absolutely no flavor. I don’t like writing bad reviews but there are so many things I like about this restaurant that I’d definitely continue to come back if I knew they weren’t being so stingy with ingredients.
I bought the absolutely worse cheese steak I've ever had in my life. it looked like it was prepared by a 5 year old. absolutely no taste, no meat, the cheese tasted and looked like cut cheese and the wobbles were not completely boiled. either take them lessons when preparing a cheese steak or remove it from their menu. - What about my money? UPDATE...I got two harassing phone calls from someone at nicks. I don't want a refund and standby the review
this place passed, stopped and had my usual layer-pain and a layer-with-sausage. there was a zentimeter free crust around the edge, which is ok, even to enjoy, but it was a kind of brot. then in this customs was a customs of uncovered sauce. to paraphrase an old commercial, where is the cheese! it was just not enough of it. Sausage was not very tasteful. no bad pizza in nj, but that was below average.
The guys that run this shop are super nice and seem very enthusiastic about their new vegan menu (started it a couple weeks back). Just moved to the area and happy to have found this place! They even have a veg friendly Sicilian. Edit: their vegan menu is now HUGE! Every time we go to order they have new vegan options and they’re all AWESOME.

great pizza! I'm vegan, but my partner isn't and we both loved our choice. vegan pizza had the amazing melting cheese and toppings were plentiful. also his margherita looked great. will be ordered again!
I go to Nick’s for the best Gluten free or Cauliflower pizza in the area! They’re fast and have great options! This gluten free gal is so appreciative to have a go to pizza place that never disappoints.
I have a big simple cake, 1/2 pineapple. not sure which vegan cheese they use, but it is decent. can def say it's not milk, but I'd eat here again. good small family vibe.
This restaurant has some of the absolute best vegan food I've ever tasted it. I'll be ordering a lot more from them.But I suggest everybody else give them a try.

best Italian vegan options available! the subs are so good, and the vegan pizzas are also very good! highly recommended.
