We stopped at this restaurant for a quick lunch during our journey. We had been here before, but didn't realize it had changed ownership until it was too late. The menu seemed a bit pricey, but we decided to order two bacon sandwiches for £3.95 each. When they arrived, the server seemed confused and not very friendly. The sandwiches were on thin bread, soaked with fat, and the bacon was barely cooked with tough rind. It felt like there was a tense atmosphere because we didn't order one of the more expensive meals.
I didn't have high expectations for this visit, but I was pleasantly surprised. My husband, mother-in-law, and I went for lunch. My husband and mother-in-law both ordered fish and chips, while I opted for the chilli con carne. The waitress was friendly and served us quickly. I must say, the chilli was delicious and absolutely lovely! My husband and mother-in-law also enjoyed their meals. We will definitely be returning for another visit. The restaurant had a pleasant decor and was clean.
Upon arriving at the ice cream counter, we were greeted by the friendliest guy in the world. He went above and beyond to ensure my grandson left with a smile and a delicious cone. They also offer delicious coffee, which we couldn't resist ordering. The service was exceptional, even asking if the little one needed a change. The experience was heartwarming and we will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for the amazing service!
So beautiful we went two days in succession on holiday. beautiful decor, clean and fresh with lots of space inside. it is dog-friendly what was great for us. the quality of eating and the fastness of the service was excellent at breakfast and lunch. everyone involved was extremely polite, friendly and attentive. handgel is still there to use, they liked it. it is a fantastic place to visit at the sea. Visited 1/6/2022 the food and the service was fantastic definitely would highly recommend the breakfast so yummy cooked to perfection my hubby had ciabatti with hot roast beef and was also great we will be back very soon .Jo and David xx
Called in one morning for a bacon butty and it was lovely. Went back a couple of days later for a full breakfast and it was the nicest one we had all holiday. Great portion size and customer service first class. Thank you

we had a great cooked breakfast with our two mini daxes in the doggy-friendly sitting area above. great eating and a comfortable environment.
