Some of the worst service received here. Server never checked on us. Waited for our to go boxes, never got ketchup for fries. Waited 10 minutes for utensils to eat with after we received our food. Then an additional 15 minutes for check to pay our bill. We were not the only upset patrons last night. Although the other servers seemed on top of it, and took grateful care of their customers. The food was delicious.
I just want to say their Chimichanga was the best one I ate at a restaurant the beans and rice went amazing with it and they gave a perfect amount of sour cream and guacamole with it as well. I got it medium with majority green with some red. The Horchata came out watery but when I asked the server to fix it she did so perfectly. By far my favorite Mexican food spot in the Valley!!!! My husband and I had dinner here at the recommendation of another local business owner. Christiaane, our server, was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I had the beef and bean chimichanga with beans and rice enough for two meals! My husband really enjoyed the crispy chile rellenos, and he also had leftovers. Portions are very generous! Greeted by hostess and seated, and took drink order with time to select food items. Appetitzers' order of chips and salsa brought out shortly ordering. Food was brought out piping hot, and sides with meal. The waitress was attentive in refills and removing plates. Dessert of sopapillas was a great finish to the meal. This is the first time I have tried Nino's and I am very pleased! I ordered the Taos Enchiladas and they were super yummy. Best mexican food I have had in a long time. Salsa is super tasty. Green chili was the best. We got hot because I read that it was not that spicy, IT WAS SPICY!! But very delishes. The medium spice there was perfect for my particular taste, got a massive burrito from them and left very satisfied. Oh and they let me take my free horchata refill to-go! They charge slightly extra to offset the use of a credit card if using one but not much. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
