The Veal Flatbread wasn't a pizza, but it had a delicious cauliflower mash topped with perfectly cooked bacon and veal, showcasing the flavors brought out by the wood-fired preparation of the bread. Many of the steak dishes are prepared sous vide, which means the medium-rare option was off the table. We tried the Chateaubriand special, which was just the right amount for two to share but could have used a bit more sauce or seasoning. The haricot verts were excellent and paired well, while the potatoes had a lovely creamy texture.
The service was top-notch, and the ambiance was perfect for our date night. One small downside: both my date and I found the smooth stone floor to be quite slipper...
I celebrated my graduation this evening at this fantastic restaurant, and I’m happy to say it was an unforgettable night, largely thanks to the restaurant. This restaurant is my preferred one. I eat in a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The team is very attentive and the cuisine they place on your table is so fresh and tasty. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice meal here. I recommend this place with pleasure.
