Simple, straightforward, hearty, and delicious. I really enjoyed the grilled chicken breast served with rice and beans, especially since they tucked in two slices of sweet plantains with the rice—a delightful touch of sweetness. The portion sizes are excellent, making it perfect for leftovers!
