In our opinions, Nomad is a humble hidden gem. It is perhaps our favourite restaurant in Sydney.
Outstanding dishes:
1. Delicately fried crispy zucchini flowers dusted generously with salty pecorino and glazed with pungent truffled honey. This dish is texturally architectured with the crispy zucchini and soft pecorino dustings.
2. Spiced wagyu tartare with fried eschallots and chickpeas that provides a surprising crunch and body to the tartare.
3. Refreshingly light kingfish ceviche. The finger lime and avocado really enhanced the freshness of the fish, the coriander cracker was the perfect carrier to bind this dish together.
4. Spatchcock with harissa. We were blown...

War hier unzählige Zeit und es gibt immer neu auf Bestellung, und keiner der Gerichte ist jemals enttäuscht. Sogar Gerichte, die ich in der Regel nicht zu schreien würde - ich bin verstanden geblasen

Ging zum ersten Mal heute Abend zum Nomaden und ich bin so genervt, dass ich es noch nicht entdeckt hatte! Leckeres Essen und großes Ambiente. Mein neuer Lieblingsessen. Die gepeitete Ricotta ist göttlich! Ich werde zurück sein !
Went to Nomad for the first time tonight and I'm so annoyed I hadn't discovered it before! Delicious food and great ambience. My new favourite dinner spot. The whipped ricotta is divine! I'll be back !
Das Essen ist sehr sehr salzig und yucky, enttäuscht uns. Das Schlimmste, das ich dieses Jahr ausprobiert habe. Wird nicht mehr zurückkommen ..............

Deep fried Zucchini flowers are really nice, favourite dish overall.
All the desserts are so delicious + the wine over there.
The food is very very very salty and yucky, disappointed us. The worst one I have tried this year. Will not come back any more..............
