We hadn’t been to this location in a while. As we pulled in my daughter said “They can’t seem to get things right here.” However, since it was the closest location, we decided to try again. We regret the decision. They are clearly understaffed and overwhelmed. They were 0/3 on our orders. One kid ordered Mac n cheese and they got buttered noodles. The other 2 of us ordered dishes WITH chicken. Neither of them had a speck of chicken on them. We have given them multiple chances and this was the last one. It’s a bummer because they are conveniently located, but it isn’t worth the hassle.
Pleasantly surprised by how nice the staff was here! Never expect too much at fast service and it was lovely enough to make me stop and want to write them a note! Noodles were really good too. Great experience today at this location way to go noodles team.
Went in the other night, the atmosphere was not very welcoming along with the staff. The restaurant was very dirty and when I got my food the meat was warmish and the noodles were colder than room temperature.
Slow, nobody cares service. The place was not clean. Food seemed safe...the service was better today.
