The food was satisfactory, and the staff were generally good, but I felt overlooked. They should have double-checked my order before I left. This is a common practice for all restaurants, especially when ordering multiple items. I never received the meatballs in my Korean BBQ platter, which was the first item on the order. My family thought it was amusing, but I was left wondering about the sauce as well. However, I appreciate the quick response from management and their willingness to make adjustments to avoid similar issues in the future. This will definitely warrant a better review from me. Thanks to the management for taking the necessary steps!

The service was quick and excellent. I really appreciated the experience, especially being able to see the chefs preparing and assembling the food. The woman at the register was very helpful with my order and provided me with more information about the menu. Overall, it was definitely great service!

Gerald, the chef, is simply fantastic and charming. He caught my eye, which made me blush. I even heard him make a joke about stocks that had me laughing out loud. Everyone should visit Noodles just to have the pleasure of meeting Gerald!
