Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

Went last week with about an hour left of open time. Requested a drink and was told they already cleaned that and couldn't make my drink. Went 2 HOURS before close tonight and was told the same thing! Why you cleaning so early? Losing customers due to lazy workers wanting to leave early. Drinks are awesome. Service SUCKS!

Not a coffee drinker but wanted to try something new. Asked staff for a recommendation they made the lavender chai latte and it was wonderful! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices are similar to Starbucks or Caribou.

I’ve been going here for years. The quality of service has declined ever since the original staff left. During my last trip the employee at the counter let other store employees cut ahead of me.

They really need to learn how to make lattes. Every time I get latte or cappuccino. Taste so bad!
