Nou Raspa is a restaurant people should really try out. It's located in Cocentaina, only about 40min drive from Alicante, well worth the trip. Cocentaina has a few excellent restaurant's with l'Escaleta being outstanding and not far behind you find Natxo Sellés and Nou Raspa. Nou Raspa has a very good chef and the food is just excellent. Not a big menu but well focused. The service is relaxed and the winelist is great, lot's of small top quality producers. Both food and wine is very well priced and having lunch or dinner there is very relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend Nou Raspa and urge people to drop by if they are in the neighbourhood.
Fuimos al restaurante en agosto y por desgracia el menú del día de entre semana lo habían subido de 16€ a 32€, algo que me parece excesivo. La calidad de la comida era buena, sobre todo de las tapas, pero no tan elaborada como para justificar los precios. El plato principal, una fideuà, estaba excesivamente salado. Las tres estrellas se lo doy por la mala calidad relación-precio.
In Nou Raspa you find a awesome choice of tapas. Far from traditional. The fantastic food is prepared by a lovely female chef who nicely welcomed us and helped us understand the menu. Super service. The outside dining area is really well designed with vertical gardens. Really Nice atmosphere. The Best recommendations if you want tapas with a twist.
Hemos ido a comer hoy, el ambiente es muy acogedor y la música de ambiente bien escogida con un volumen adecuado. El servicio a mí parecer un poco pausado pero correcto. Para comer hemos elegido el menú del día y la verdad es que todo genial si algo le cambiaría serian las aceitunas como primer entrante.

Comimos un excelente menú, con variedad de platos, sabores y texturas que nos encantaron pasando a degustar el plato principal consistente en nuestro caso en un arroz de pimiento relleno. Muy buena atención y local agradable.
The lunchmenu contained very good dishes, was served in a nice ambiance! The waiters were very nice and welcoming. The food is more expensive than usual in Spain, but it was worth it!
Fuimos de casualidad y sin duda repetiremos!!!! Increíblemente bueno! Todo estaba espectacular. El camarero fue muy majete!
Lo que compres es de muy buena calidad y con precios mejores que otros sitios ..recomiendo este sitio.
