Sehr leckere Pasta, die Kellnerin hat uns mehrfach bedient und war wie immer sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich. Ich finde das Konzept, die Pasta selbst zusammenzustellen, großartig. Außerdem kann man auch Pizza und Steinofen-Gerichte bestellen, sodass für jeden etwas dabei ist.
Super cozy restaurant, the idea of having the restaurants next to each other is brilliantly implemented. Both the pizza slices and the pasta are really tasty and you get decent portions. Tried several dishes and they are always really delicious.

Chic young shop with really nice staff. The most important thing, however, is the selection of dishes that stand out from the 'normal ' Italian in a positive sense. Delicious and recommended!

Google assigned three photos to Nudel Holz. I am familiar with pasta and steamrollers, but not noodle wood. The restaurant seems to be near Kölnstraße 3 in Düren-City-Unlimited.
Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die sehr laute und aufdringliche Musik, aber da es jetzt auch Pizzastücke vom Nachbarn gibt, war es wirklich großartig.
