The food is prepared promptly. However, The quality has just gone downhill. We ordered most recently Sat night 6/4/22. The won ton soup was fine. The pork fried rice was decent. But the grandfather chicken was tough more bread than chicken (see pictures). If you added up the quantity of actual chicken I don’t know that it would be a tablespoon full of actual meat. We’ve been going here for 20 years bc it is close by, but this was our last. ? we re disappointed bc we used to really like it here.
My first time ordering from them the food is not edible, you would think that chicken had been sitting out Egg rolls very greasy and sloppy they seem to be selling old food than God I made purchase by card and have a receipt. I dont think these owners and employees care about anyone outside of their own community and thats sad because we call in for good food we dont get good food. When will the discrimination cease?
The negative reviews confuse me. I think people must have this Number One confused with other restaurants. We order food from here about once a week and it’s always delicious. Some of our favorites are the grandfather chicken, Singapore noodles, egg rolls and pork fried rice. We have had positive experiences with customer service as well as yummy, hot food. I Definitely recommend Number One.
I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews. The place did get bought by new people, but in my opinion the recipes and everything have stayed the same. I love their dumplings and pork fried rice. Also they’re super fast, the food gets prepared in 15 minutes or less. I always come here and they’ve never disappointed me. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I used to love this place. However, I ordered Wonton soup and it was incredible salty. I didn't eat it because it was inedible. I knew something was really wrong and upon reading other reviews, it seems they have a new owner. It's a shame because this place is going to go downhill fast!
This was the worst fried rice I ever had! Certainly not fried. No flavor at all. The soup was fair at best. Disappointed as it's close to my home.
Best egg rolls in the state of New Jersey I'm not kidding no grease and perfectly cooked 6 Stars and the food is always fresh
