The food was absolutely delicious and the service was top-notch. The Boa beans were incredibly tasty and we regretted not ordering more. The scallops were sweet and tender, and the steak was cooked to perfection. The broccoli that came with it was the best I've ever had, served on a huge platter big enough for multiple people. By the time we left, I declared this restaurant as my new favorite. However, there were two downsides to our experience. We visited on a Thursday night and the music was so loud that we couldn't even hear each other speak over it. We had a top-notch dining experience at this restaurant with excellent service. The atmosphere was great, especially with the open kitchen in the back. It's important to note that the menu doesn't have gluten-free options, and the non-pork and non-red meat choices were limited when we visited at night. It's recommended to check their website for an up-to-date menu. Despite this, everything we ordered was perfect. The cream brulee was the best I've had in Vermont.
The soft bowl bao bungalow was fantastic, I really liked it. The scallop and booze were good. However, the steak was slightly overcooked (not medium rare as requested). The chocolate dessert was a mousse with earthy and heavenly flavors for a lovely finish that wasn't overly sweet. The restaurant has a lovely outdoor seating area with 4 or 5 tables under sun umbrellas. They provide shade from the sun, but not from the rain.
Absolute hidden gem. Went in on a whim for brunch and had one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had. Ended going for bar snacks and drinks after a pretty poor experience somewhere near by and had another great experience. Drinks were expertly curated, bartender was attentive but courteous, small food we had was fantastic. It’s one of the best places to dine in Montpelier. The food was good. The staff was super friendly and they even helped me customize my dish as I’m a vegetarian. It’s a decent size restaurant with a good decor. I would recommend the Spicy Szechuan Shakshouka and also the Local Mushroom Toast. The coffee was super nice. I don’t usually like coffee everywhere but they had good ones.
Randomly picked this restaurant to meet for a 1st date as it was halfway between where we live. What a fantastic culinary experience we had. The food was outstanding and the service top notch. I had the Halibut and my date had the Duck. Oh and my date was wonderful too. Will definitely be back.
The front of the house staff is amazing! The food is fantastic! The only reason I couldn't give it five stars is because sometimes the menu can be a bit heavy with not many light options. Other than that what a great restaurant keep it up guys!

The rabbit pappardelle was only exceeded by the service. Don’t skip if you’re a foodie.
