Went during restaurant week. During our reserved time there was only 1 other table that was occupied. We were greeted quickly and servers were polite and attentive. We chose items from the special menu; appetizers were good with no complaints. However, when the entrees arrived, they were not hot. The shrimp and grits were warm and the scallop Benedictine was just under warm and while the scallops were cooked they could have been cooked a little longer; I also expected more than 2 scallops. We both had the chocolate chess pie which was good.
We had a marvelous dinner from beginning to end!!! Love the fried green tomato appetizer and our server, Shelby, was kind enough to include an extra so we could each have one! We had the scallops with Hollandaise, the fried chicken and the scallops with mushroom risotto. The scallops melted in our mouth, the fried chicken was unbelievably delicious. An espresso martini and chocolate chess pie topped off the evening! We will definitely be back!!!
OBC provided an outstanding experience during Restaurant Week, with a fantastic menu and exceptional service. The craft cocktails were top-notch, and the octopus carpaccio and pimento cheese dip were delicious starters. The scallop Benedict and shrimp grits for the main course were both excellent. The chocolate chess pie for dessert was a standout and should be a permanent addition to the menu. Bravo to OBC for a fantastic dining experience!

Went for restaurant week and it didn’t disappoint! Food was delicious! Waiter was out of this world! Nice and quiet in the patio!
I celebrated my 60th Birthday with my family tonight and the food and hospitality from each staff member was phenomenal!
Sean, who was working behind the bar, is the top bartender in Lexington! His passion for his job truly shines through.
