It took 10 minutes to get a shake because cell phones are a priority, not a paying customer. Was I supposed to order on an app so as not to bother any of your 4 employees who were too busy on snap chat to raise their chins for a moment when an actual human customer showed up to validate their relevance in the human time space illusion?I mean..just so we are clear, I was there. After 10 minutes I started to record this with commentary and I have proof on my phone. So I gotta ask the question…You actually sign off on paying these people?
This was a very positive experience. I called on the telephone, and the person who helped me was very kind. When I came into the store, it was very clean and lots of inventory was available so I could easily get what I needed. The best eggnog anywhere! The guy at the counter was very nice. Awesome experience! Thank you.
I used to enjoy their Frostbites, but the the one I had most recently was made with sour, spoiled milk. I took one bite and had to spit it out, it was truly disgusting and revolting. I'm sure it was an accident but now I can't trust the restaurant's quality controls.
Always my favorite place to buy cold deserts. The triple chocolate smoothie. Love this place. Some staffs work here are on a summer job. Coz they kinda lax a bit coz summer season is over. But deserts are still are sweet as a sugar. Would come back again.
I love the ice. Manager chased with someone, 4 employees worked on things in the back. I and another customer waited a while before someone decided to steal us.
I really enjoyed the strawberry cake I got from this place. I do have a question, though: Are your products halal or kosher? If so, which ones?
Expensive but delicious. They have cool flavors like brandy or egg nog or cinnamon.
