This was definitely a disappointing visit and not sure where to start. The hostess was not friendly or Interactive. We were sat with no silverware and no one coming to the table for a good 10 minutes. The waitress was not energetic and lacked urgency. Soups and salads came out halfway through the meal, refills came once, had to get our own silverware from hostess stand that wasunattended. Before placing an Uber Eats order, I called the restaurant to see if they would be able to remove the bacon from the Steakhouse Potatoes as it doesn't allow modifications within the app. The lady I spoke with sounded unsure but said yes I could do so.Placed the order and immediately called back and believe it was the same lady that I'd spoken with earlier. Really haven't been to this restaurant in a couple of years , when we got in I seen they had changed the menu since the last time I've been also its was my wife's first time going . Since she liked what she seen on the menu we decided to stay . Longstory short we really loved the food she really did so that was my main thing is that she was pleased. We had a great waiter, hewas very respectful which I know you have to be but some ppl just do it just to work just to make money but he is well trained???? . It had been a few years since my last visit to O'Charley's Restaurant Bar. When we arrived this time, we noticed the menu had changed. It was also my wife's first time dining there, and she really liked what she saw. So, we decided to stay. Long story short, we both truly enjoyed our meal, especially my wife, which was my main priority. Our waiter was excellent—very respectful and attentive. While some staff at other places seem to work just for the money, he was clearly well-trained. I can confidently say we have no hesitation about returning to O'Charley's in the future.
I ordered louisiana medium steak and it tastes amazing and it is simply properly cooked and the service is. I red a lot of negative reviews and I decided to take the chance and go gas house, despite how bad the reviews are and I and my family were very satisfied .... as they see, we almost ended our eating. love it and thanks to our server thomas was fun and professional. P.S they are short staff, but they work so well, their youngs could wait a bit, but it's worse.
Visited here for the first time in yeeeeaars today. My waitress was ok, i guess but I came here to talk about the old rolls she served me and the overcooked steak I received I asked for MEDIUM) idk what that is in the pic.. They need help in thekitchen apparently. Maybe their other food is good but I'll probably never know cuz it will definitely be another 5 or 6 yearsbefore I return to this location. :
Had the best customer experience with Laila in to-go! She was super sweet and fast getting my order out to me. I asked for extra silverware and she had no problem going back in to get it despite this brutal cold!! I've come here several times before for the same order and have never had a to-go server with such great customer service

we are very happy when we come to o’charlies. that is part of the ladies day. our server is great and she immediately reminded us! we didn't have to wait until our food and drinks come!
Kelly was the best waitress and was very polite and attentive. The food was excellent and well prepared. My husband said it was the best steak ever witnessed by his plate.
