Food was Gross came from Door Dash meat smelled Disgusting and was unfit for consumption special dietary riders were not followed food was delivered hard, Meat wasn't edible as it was spoiled thrown in the bag it was 43.30 and I threw it all away this has happened at this Taco bell Three times and The One on Lakeland Drive Twice Don't eat this Disgusting food it's Horrible and they can't follow directions at all even when they are typed in front of them
Soft shell tacos they were really tuff and hard to chew I asked for sour cream on them ,which you couldn't hardly see not alone taste and you need a magnifying glass to find the meat and I'm really surprised because taco bell usually are the best, but lately not so much sorry guys just not cutting it for me....hopefully it will get better ?
Everytime I go I'm always missing half my order. Like today and the lady always has something to say to me....idk what her problem is. I understand being understaffed and overworked...I'm a waitress....but don't sit there and catch an attitude over your mistake. That dude with the ponytail in drive thru is awesome btw. He's a def keeper

I’m not satisfied with the service or my refund. After several years of patronage, I can’t tolerate the lazy and indifferent attitude of the staff any longer. This is, without a doubt, my worst dining experience, aside from Steak 'n Shake on Pierson.
I misunderstood my order, but hey, we're all human. As long as they fix it and don’t blame me for the mix-up, I don’t mind mistakes. It was especially nice when they added an extra “I’m sorry” taco! The food was served quickly, hot, and delicious.
they have an ad on the tw for $2.00 beefy burritos. we ordered 4 and they accused us of controlling $9.00. taco bell, you need to learn how to add!
