We arrived to this place encouraged by reviews here. There were vegan options on menu but anything we chose was not available, either due to sold out/low stock or that item was from evening or breakfast menu. I found out this at the till where you order and the staff was not really helpful and seemed pretty annoyed. I saw the tagine served and it was of the size of my snack and they ask £16! All the vegan options of mains were in range £15-18!!! I’m glad I didn’t proceed the order and rather left. The building and surroundings are nice. But I wouldn’t be back for the cafe. this is a hidden gem. a beautifully converted old railway station building with mass of railway memorabilia. there is a large selection of vegan options all look very delicious. we have just dipped for a coffee before we catch the ferry to home, but could see that there is a very high standard of food preparation and will be back too long ago. the old railway line is now a bike and hiking trail and you can rent bikes from the place next to you to explore this beautiful part of the island. hope otr continues and goes further down the vegan stretch .
Our 3rd visit today, we have sampled food from your menu as well as coffee and cake, and cannot fault it. Excellent food and excellent service. Today we tried ur lemon and poppyseed scioche, something I have never heard of before, served with lemon curd and clotted cream, amazing!!!!
Great format and the food and service were excellent. I loved the crab linguini and vanilla milk shake. I could equally have enjoyed the veggie burger or mackerel dish. After it all there are great walks to be taken along the old railway.
I sat here for lunch. it is a fab location to sit on a sunny day, bird watching and enjoy the view. Not a completely vegan menu, but many nice options and I can recommend the day!

This is a charming friendly and welcoming place. It's well decorated . Parking is limited.
