During the holiday season, there were multiple trucks making deliveries, but only one person was there to unload them. I ended up waiting for 3.5 hours just to receive three pallets. The service operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

On Dec. 20 i spoke to a nice woman who was very nice and friendly. She did a wonderful job helping me with my business brochures. I was able to complete my order as she instructed through the website.

The management seems to lack basic common sense. It's unbelievable that they permit employees to park their cars in spaces designated for semi-trucks, particularly when safety is a significant issue!
