Situado en este precioso Caserío tiene lugar uno de los proyectos gastronómicos más interesantes de la región. 5 estudiantes del Basque Culinary Center se dedican a gestionar este restaurante basado en un producto de primera calidad, basado en una cocina tradicional con un ligero toque de modernidad. La carta va cambiando con la temporada, aprovechando los productos en su época correspondiente, con una cocina de proximidad que te dejará un exquisito sabor de boca.
