I just ordered off of DoorDash and was pretty disappointed. I only upgraded to two stars because my poke bowl was delicious. I ordered a 3 scoop bowl and 2 pcs of spam musubi. Before they confirmed my order, the restaurant cut it from 2 pcs to one piece. I was curious as to why so I called the restaurant to get an explanation. No one answered. Okay fine, no big deal. So my order arrives and it's my bowl and 1 piece of spam musubi. The musubi was wrapped in seran wrap. That screams pre-made to me, not fresh. I’ve been coming here pretty often for over a year now and usually it seems like a great spot but recently I haven’t had the best experience. They no longer offer a cucumber base on their menu and they charge extra if you ask for it. This is fine except my order hasn’t been consistent depending on the employee working and yet I’m paying extra. The last time I ordered a regular bowl with 3 scoops, the portions were so small and the base was more a side of cucumber than an actual base. There was hardly any sauce. It looked nothing like what I had received before. When I asked if that was the cucumber base the employee stated “well I put a lot of cucumber”. I paid $18 for this. I most likely wo...
This place used to be my all time fav poke spot I've ordered for delivery for so long and ever since the name change I'm not sure if it's under new management but I've noticed the food is just not the same. It's almost tasteless, the fish is warm?, they give less of a portion and they never pick up the phone. It's frustrating to pay for something that's not enjoyable at all, i don't think I'll be ordering from here anymore.
The service here is great, but the portion sizes are so sad! I got the tiniest scoops of fish... it seemed like I maybe got 10 pieces of fish total for a regular bowl. I feel bad because the employees were super sweet but I don't think I'll be back! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The restaurant is under new management, and it was a huge disappointment. The fish served was not fresh, and the portion sizes were significantly reduced. I wouldn't recommend coming here! Food rating: 1/5.
The staff here are extremely friendly, and the establishment is impressively clean. The poke options are of great quality. This was my first visit, and I definitely plan to return.
