During a weekend trip to Chicago with my wife and baby, we decided to stop for lunch at this restaurant before heading to our hotel. It turned out to be the perfect choice. The beer was excellent, and I appreciated that they offered different sizes of pours, making it ideal for some midday relaxation. The food met my expectations for deliciousness based on my prior research. We both ordered fried chicken fingers—one plain, sans sauce, and the other with spicy honey mustard—and we shared the fried cheese curds. I became an instant fan. Let’s start with the beers, they have the styles you expect but with a twist, so you will have a good beer with the expected color, notes, foam, bitterness and yet you will look forward to their unique flavor. I had the Hazy IPA and the Rye Pale Ale, totally recommend both. The food is great as it should be, the Wings of the Week were out of this world. As you can see, the brewery is at the back and the staff will take time to give a little tour and explain about their history and beers. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice.
Putting the drama aside, the food is absolutely fantastic—especially the brisket nachos, which are truly outstanding. Kudos to the chef and the culinary team! The service is impeccable and deserves high praise. The management staff is commendable for being open to constructive criticism, ensuring that all patrons leave happy and satisfied.
Love this place! It’s great for kids, lots of space, not too loud. The double cheese burger was hands down the best burger I’ve had in Chicago. The kids cheeseburger came out super fast and the chicken sandwich was good. The fries have a slight garlic flavor! Overall we loved it. The churro bites were a little too oily but, still tasty. Great spot. Great food. Great service. One issue we were charged 75¢ for hot sauce and the server didn’t let us know, we paid like $20 for the burger with fries and 75¢ for hot sauce?? $160 all in with tip for four people (four meals and four beers). Why nickel and dime people? Seriously not cool.
Great brewery restaurant in the Old Irving area. Love the selection of brews. Miko's sour ale summer selection is amazing. Cheese curds and burgers are always a great choice. Servers are awesome and great with recommendations. Small gift shop and 4 packs of brew for purchase to go. Give it a try!
Their Crispy Fish Sandwich and Pimento Mac n Cheese were outstanding. The fish was substantial and the crispy crust made it flavorful, but kept the cod fillet moist. Macaroni was cooked just right, and the pimento cheese sauce wasn't too thin/thick just right. Both went great with beer!

Chris is an awesome guy and took great care of us. Definitely try the pineapple pickle back with a shot of mezcal. It is insanely good.
