more beautiful place to visit, we visited after a lot of rain, so the waterfall was great (not sure how it looks after a dry magic) not a huge place, but very informatiw and looks like a great place to take children with clothes and other activities for them. I just wish the woman in the load would not take a response when we said we didn't want to sign up to the national trust, we know everything about it, but she just went on and on, although there were people waiting in the waiting line.
This restaurant is a fascinating spot with stunning waterfalls and a working water wheel that once powered the tin works and now generates electricity for the establishment. The venue is easily accessible for all, including buggies and wheelchairs, with the added convenience of lifts. The staff are welcoming and accommodating, and the tea shop offers delicious cakes. Additionally, there is complimentary parking available.
a beautiful place to visit. the falls are a beautiful natural sign and the rest of the old tin works are beautiful. the history is well explained in the small museum exhibitions. this is under the control of the national trust, so there is a fee to enter, but there are places for a picnic, a caffe and also a gift shop. parking is simple, but not very large, directly opposite the road from the entrance.

Walked the whole length of the valley from the waterfall. Walked back along the lane and admired the hills. Caution if you go in bad of wet weather as it can be dangerous. Go when it's drier and it's a lovely spot.
It was very tranquil during our visit, and it brought back memories of the past, especially since it used to be right in my neighborhood. The last time I was in that building, it was a medical practice.
Friendly helpful staff, nice little cafe, Lovely place, very informative. We took our time and only managed to be there for 45 minutes, worth a visit but definitely not a day trip
