I had a group of 16 20, which became a group of 24. A mix up of groups, (both named Jeff, and both bowling groups) caused a bit of confusion, but only briefly. The front desk and GM snapped to attention, after a brief reconnoiter, set up for us quickly in another room. Amazing staff, amazing general manager we were super impressed. A couple minutes extra wait. Ordering and paying was done with multiple checks (always a pain for wait staff), but our two employees took it in stride, with joyful attitudes, smiles on their faces, with alacrity and professionalism.
