I had a group of 16 20, which became a group of 24. A mix up of groups, (both named Jeff, and both bowling groups) caused a bit of confusion, but only briefly. The front desk and GM snapped to attention, after a brief reconnoiter, set up for us quickly in another room. Amazing staff, amazing general manager we were super impressed. A couple minutes extra wait. Ordering and paying was done with multiple checks (always a pain for wait staff), but our two employees took it in stride, with joyful attitudes, smiles on their faces, with alacrity and professionalism. Today, we had a fantastic dining experience at Olive Garden. Our server, Sarah, provided exceptional service, and we relished the tasty dishes, despite the fact that the portion sizes have shrunk over the years. The ambiance was, as always, delightful, and we eagerly anticipate our next visit to Olive Garden. However, our takeout experience left something to be desired. The amount of food in the takeout orders has noticeably diminished, particularly regarding the soups that accompany the meals. It might be best for them to consider not serving soup at all.
Our server, Sophia, was truly exceptional! We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, and the cost per person was between $10 and $20. The food was delicious, deserving a perfect 5-star rating. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, both also earning a 5-star rating. We strongly recommend trying the Ravioli Carbonara and the Breadsticks.

I had a light meal while waiting for my car to be repaired next door. Felicia was wonderful, and the lasagna fritta was absolutely delicious! Definitely a thumbs up!
