Food was great but the service person wasn’t that good. He only came over when necessary (taking food order, bringing food and giving us the check). He seamed to resend us because I watched how he took care of some of the other customers. I’m from Vancouver WA. a have always had good service, and I came to visit my sister here Folsom, CA.,so needless to say I was a little disappointed.Wheelchair accessibility: Very good, waitress helped my nephew
My family and I recently dined at Olive Garden and had a fantastic evening, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Terry and Ariel. Terry was incredibly funny, helpful, and knowledgeable about wine—we absolutely loved him! He truly deserves a raise! Ariel was also very sweet and attentive. While we enjoyed the food, it was the outstanding service that truly made our experience a five-star one.
I took six grandkids, ages 4 to 13, and we had a great time. Food was good, as always, service was exceptional given the fact that the server was dealing with six tired, sugar-infused kids. The kid's meals are a surprisingly great value. Just a wonderful experience!

Still a decent price on the lunch specials. Please don't raise your prices, lots of people can't pay any more than the prices you have now.
The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Our server was fantastic—more staff like her would be wonderful!
This is a great, clean restaurant with friendly staff. I really enjoy their all-you-can-eat soup and salad!
