This visit got off to a rocky start. When we arrived, no one greeted us—not a huge deal, though. After being seated, we ordered our drinks right away, but they didn’t arrive until 37 minutes later. And these were just simple lemonades and water, not specialty or mixed drinks. On the bright side, our servers were friendly and upbeat.

I visited Olive Garden Italian on a date with my boyfriend, and our server Aiden was outstanding, offering excellent service throughout the evening. We would gladly promote him if we could. Although we weren't able to complete the survey afterward, we both agree he deserves the highest praise. The food was consistent and dependable as we mostly stuck to our usual orders, with the exception of trying one new entrée. The only downside was that the shrimp and chicken pasta had quite a few peppers, but we assumed that was due to trying something new. Overall, we had a wonderful date night and left feeling very full and satisfied.
This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I had a very positive experience. The waiter was friendly and attentive. I ordered my steak medium, but it arrived more well done than I like. Fortunately, the waiter noticed this before I even had a chance to mention it and quickly took it back to the kitchen to have it fixed. The Zuppa Toscana soup I ordered was delicious, and the other soups on the menu also looked appealing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend.

I absolutely love this restaurant for its excellent service and cleanliness. The staff is always very friendly, and even with the busy crowd, our server Mark, along with Emily and manager Veronica, made sure our table was well attended to. The outstanding customer service from these employees at Olive Garden truly made our dining experience memorable. We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. While waiting for our hotel room to be ready, we decided to dine at Olive Garden, a restaurant we always enjoy. Ethan, who also serves as a manager, took care of us. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The food was hot and delicious, and the restaurant was very clean. All of the other staff members were also friendly. We highly recommend giving them a try.

The restaurant has a room that can seat 9 people, which is perfect for seniors with hearing impairments. The room blocks out all noise, making conversation enjoyable.
