This Olive Garden location is huge for me But seriously, this place is awesome, the staff are super friendly! I would like to special mention Joana… she was the best. She was very professional boy, great customer service. Why I said this? Well I made a mistake in my order it was in front of me already. So I told her about my concern… but she just change my order to the one that I like, that’s awesome. On our way out, meet their manager commended Joana to her too. Great service, great huge place, food wasn’t that bad (I’m not really into pasta).
We stopped off to have dinner here and was just so amazed at the level of customer service our waitress Paige had! She was just so attentive to my families needs, not the type of waitress that hovers or bugs or doesn't come around your table at all she wasjust very tuned in! You don't see this type of service anymore!! I think you should definitely reward her with something specialto make her feel appreciated because she definitely represents your company to the highest of standards!
Olive garden is one of my favorite Italian restaurants. This location in particular is my favorite. The staff is always nice and the service is great. Every time I go the servers I get are very polite and attentive to all my needs. I am a big guy and drink a lot of water and the way I test great service is how long it takes them to refill my cup and they never keep me waiting long. Do thank you for the great service and always thank you for the food!
So Valery was amazing. She made our visit the best we've ever had here. Valery made our salad to perfection. Valery has amazing energy. Valery works very well with people. Keep up the amazing work Valery. You are the best. I know our tip does not show onhere. We gave her a 19 dollar tips. If I was rich she would have got much more. Thank you Valery. It was Mother's Day and they were very behind. But our server was so kind and so helpful and went out of her way to make our experience enjoyable. The first time I went to this location and if a busy backed up day like this, no matter how long it took, can still feel quite nice, then I can imagine a regular day is even better. Hoepfully. : Until i have a reason to change my star rating choices, I'll give it a 5.
Not my first experience with Olive Garden, but my first time came to this restaurant. Awful! The two stars are only for the “Olive Garden” brand, not for this store. I understand things are much expensive now, but it is not decent when you increasethe price while drop the food quality and quantity. Check out the salad I got. Absolutely a waste for such a big bowl.
It's been a while since my last visit. Unlimited soups and salad is always great. The staff was friendly and server accommodating. My kids had a great first time there. The food was filing. If you like cheese and more cheese on things. This isthe place.
The place is kept very immaculate. The ambiance is classy and relaxing . Our waitress name was Annesa. She gave exceptional customer service, great smiles . The food came out hot and fast not one complaint from this happy family.
Great server, good taste! I tried fried eggplant and spaghetti for lunch. Spaghetti was nothing special.. just not bad. but fried eggplant was super yum! And love their salad too(large amount)! Highly recommended.
