It's convenient enough and there's a bit of everything. We got waffles, sundaes and cakes to share. The waffles were not crunchy, but the ice cream is quite delicious. The sundaes for one are actually made to for-one portions, but presentation and taste is average. We also got passion fruit cheesecake and tiramisu. The passionfruit cheesecake had a funny texture, feels like baked cheese cake that has been put in fridge for too long, a little rubbery and dense (dehydrated). The tiramisu was much better. Is there an option for 0 stars? The middle-aged Korean chick that works here is straight up dog. She saw me with my laptop out (this was at 8pm) and asked if I was studying here. I said yes. Then she's like you can only stay for 1 hour, please leave soon. And I'm like hello ???? you close at midnight dafuq ??? anyway 50 minutes pass and she comes up to my table and i'm deadass studying so hard at this point, she breaks my flow and tells me to leave in 10 mins. i paid for 2 DRINKS and she tryna kick me out, no one COME HERE EVER unless you want to get kicked. smh

Terrible customer service. We ordered waffles and during the meal the owner tried to kick us to put an outside drink on the table. We knew outside things weren't allowed so we didn't even touch/open them. We asked if it wasn't allowed to just put an outside drink on the table without touching it and she said yes. Seriously, I don't understand the rules of anything outside, but you have to be sensible. Of course you don't want to trade :S
Honestly I don't know why it has such a low review. I think it's a good spot to chill at night and the selection is not too bad (but it's the menu ripped off the main OB so not much they can change) I would say quality isn't too bad, ambience is ok but the one problem I have is it is quite loud. People generally get really rowdy here and I would honestly control this Overall however it's not too bad and service is decent.
This place has a Starbucks variety that I feel like they're trying to copy their concept. The toilet upstairs was out of order. The only toilets were unisex and the bathroom door was wide open into the hallway. There are signs everywhere saying no foreign food that doesn't feel very welcoming. I have an Iced Chocolate which wasn't too bad $7.50 On the plus side the staff were friendly and our drinks were made on time.
Terrible customer service and an even worse owner. This owner bullies and even kicks you out when she thinks you havent bought a drink despite the fact that you staff took it. How rude of and bad of a management do you have to be to still be allowed to run it? Train your staff properly and act like a proper owner. What a disgrace. 10/10 would not recommend coming here, go Pishon or anywhere else instead.
