We were not going to go to Oliver's because it was marked $$$$, perhaps it is more expensive in the evening? We were there for lunch, on a Tuesday, there were only 2 other tables occupied. I had the club sandwich which is more like a hot panini i.e. flattened in a pan, not toasted, it was very good, the chicken was real and tasty, my son had the seafood tacos, there were two of them, both meals came with a side (we picked fries). I had a coffee, he had water, total was $42 including taxes. Ok, not cheap, but given a Big Mac Meal is close to $10 now, $20 for two, and this was 10 times much better food, in a much nicer environment, I think it was well worth the money.
The staff were fabulous and the food the same. Seafood platter is gluten-free and a full sized portion with a great representation of tiger shrimp, mussels, scallops and cod. My dinner mates raved about the leek and potato soup, steak, calamari and jambalaya. The heated brownie for dessert was the best my tablemates have ever had. A delicious meal in a great atmosphere with fabulous staff. We will be back.
Stuck her head in to Olivers to see if they had a table for nine. They did and seated us right away first up was drinks and menus in a very friendly hostess. What around the room to see what other people were eating and settle up on the halibut. The best halibut I think I've ever had. Service was great and friendly. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
On a recommendation fro our BnB host, we booked a table a couple of days from our arrival. The seafood is well prepared, service is fabulous. There were a lot of sweet sauce choices and I am a savory-not-sweet person, so the selection was thinned down a bit. Nice fresh veggies on the side.

This charming little restaurant has a nostalgic ambiance and serves delicious food. I highly recommend the cod tongue and seafood chowder. The service from the staff is also very enthusiastic. However, I suggest hiring an additional server for faster table turnover in the future.
Fantastic lobster dinner, great service and great atmosphere. We truly had a memorable evening there. We had to wait 45 minutes to get in as it seems to be a very popular place, but the wait was well worth it.
I was able to have a great supper with my parents in a quiet atmosphere, which is a rarity in restaurants. The service was excellent.
