The pizza at Olive's Fresh Pizza Bar was delicious, with the regular size enough to feed 2-3 people. They offer a variety of fun and unique signature pizza options. Unfortunately, the service we received was disappointing, especially with handling large groups. It is best to keep your group size to 5 or fewer. We felt mistreated from the beginning, with long wait times and frustrated staff. While we understand that Covid has impacted staffing, we were surprised when a waiter gave up and asked someone else to take over. The staff seemed young and inexperienced in the food service industry. Overall, it was not a great experience for us.
We picked up pizza from Olive's twice in one day! My husband was exhibiting at Art on the Lake, so we ordered a margarita pizza for a late lunch. It was so good that we ordered another one in the evening to eat at Excelsior Brewing. I also got a Greek Salad and the dressing on it was great. My only complaint was the ordering system online orders were only available to place for future orders (2 hours in advance) and when we called they told us they were not taking orders over the phone. Luckily we were already there, so we walked around the street corner and placed our order at the counter. They sent us a text when it was ready.
A great pizza in a welcoming spot. There's something for everyone at Olive's Pizza. In addition to the phenomenal pizza, they have a full bar with cocktails, wine, and beer. We love that we are able to get a regular pizza that they will make with 1/2 1/2 of your two favorite menu selections. Their pizza menu selections are top notch with non-standard selections that are not too out of the ordinary. They have delicious flavor combinations without making impossible food combinations. A nice bubbly thin crust with tasty toppings and great service. We've never had a bad time at Olive's.
I am currently sitting in this restaurant and I just had to share how amazing it is! You all need to try this place out. The pizza is truly unique and incredibly fresh, and the personal size is just right. I have never tasted pizza like this before - you have to give it a try! Ordered takeout. Difficult to find parking to pick up. Arrived at the time it said to arrive. Was told it would be an additional 15 minutes because they were behind. No apologies. Not even offered a drink while I was waiting.
Olives never disappoints with high-quality ingredients on a thin crust pizza. The only complaint I have is the noise levels get quite high due to the reflections from the ceilings and walls.
This restaurant serves the best pizza in town. Their gluten-free crust is top-notch and the service is always excellent. I visit here a few times a month and it never disappoints!
