As a long-time patron of the Olympia Parade, my last two experiences have left me disappointed and resulted in me deciding not to return as a customer. I placed a pick-up order which went smoothly, but upon my arrival, I found myself waiting in line as customers who arrived after me were served before me. Despite politely trying to get someone's attention, I was left waiting for my order. I ultimately decided to leave without receiving my food. While I understand that the server may not have been entirely at fault, I was surprised that another server did not inquire about our situation. Went for a late lunch during the Bowmanville Bluesberry Festival yesterday with family and friends. There were 5 of us and we had a baby with us. We were seated fast, right by their front window which was nice because we could watch all the...festivities going on outside.
