The food here is really good, but I feel like they don't value their returning or loyal customers. We've been going since they opened on the very first day, yet they wouldn't even provide a small cup of sauce with our order. I mentioned that they used to give it to us for free since day one, but that didn't seem to matter. It's just a small cup of sauce—come on! We order from them at least once a week. The food is delicious, but don't expect top-notch customer service.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I ordered takeout for work, and unfortunately, they messed up our order twice. I had to make two trips back to the restaurant, and to top it off, I was charged more than I should have been. More recently, my friend and I decided to dine in, but the Bihari kabob pizza we ordered was pasty and mushy. When we tried to remove some of it, the residue stuck to the pizza. Since we didn’t enjoy it, we requested to swap it for a cheese pizza, but they outright refused because we had already started eating. The only bright spot about this place was Miguel the cashier, who was friendly and courteous. The food however, was atrocious to say the least. Extremely frugal with the meat portions on the 16 dollar footlong Philly, which was definitely deceiving from the picture the owner took(sandwich was stuffed). What meat that was put inside the roll was so salty that my friend had to stop eating . The twisted gyros pizza was came out undercooked doughy with toppings thrown on after the bake, which was a huge disappointment. I had an extremely disappointing experience with the pizza here. To refer to it as pizza almost feels like an insult; it tasted more like a stale biscuit left out for two days. To start, they got my order wrong—I never requested a thin crust, yet that’s exactly what I received. It quickly became apparent that they simply piled my selected toppings on top of an old pizza. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but when a restaurant neglects quality and serves stale food, it deserves some criticism. As the friendly staff described it, this place is the fast food version of the new restaurant next door called Nafisa OMG! The very helpful representative guided me through the menu, and I ended up ordering two paratha roll meals: Bihari and Chicken 65. Both rolls were generously filled with extra meat, rich flavors, and a delightful mix of onions and tomatoes that really satisfied my cravings! The fries were fresh and crispy as well. The prices are quite reasonable! Just a heads up, the paratha here isn’t your traditional kind; it’s more of a blend between a Mexican tortilla and an Indian paratha, but it’s still quite large and makes for a perfect accompaniment to the flavorful meats!
I usually dont write reviews that often But last night I went to OMG Grill with my wife. We asked them what was the best dish to order. The manager said, tonights special is BEEF KOFTA .So we ordered the Beef Kofta and a Seekh Kabab roll TO GO.That was the WORST Beef Kofta I have ever eaten in my life. It looked and tasted like it was made 2 to 3 days ago and they just warmed it up in a microwave and gave it to us. It had No Taste. I was up all night with an upset stomach. I will try to avoid this restaurant from now on.Seekh kabab roll was OK.
To the owner: It’s quite telling that you opted for a defensive response instead of just offering a simple apology. This says a lot about your business ethics and your customer service skills. I’m not seeking a refund; it’s not about the money for me. It’s about getting the kind of service that you currently do not provide, which is evident in your recent reviews. If this pattern continues, your business may not be able to sustain itself for much longer.
Amazing! I can't help but say OMG... I just had the most delicious pizza! We usually stick to the gyro pizza because it's so addictive that we hardly ever try anything else. It's absolutely fantastic, especially when you order it extra spicy (just how we love it). We've always enjoyed eating in as well as getting takeout. Highly recommended!

Awesome. You really are pushed to say OMG... what a delicious Pizza I had... we are so stick to the gyro pizza that we hardly have ever tried the other options.
