The food was typical of a chain restaurant—good but not gourmet. It was above average for an OTB location. However, the service was outstanding, deserving of five stars. My server, Edith, was attentive and quick to address my needs. She took my order as soon as I was ready, without lingering around, and my food arrived hot. My drink was always filled, and my bill was brought to me promptly. Edith was friendly, polite, and maintained a professional demeanor. If the rest of the staff is even half as good as she was (and they seemed to be), this could be the best OTB location I've ever visited. I'll definitely return the next time I'm in town.
We go there at 7:10pm and we’re seated quickly (5 tables around us empty). Our waiter, Mitchell, got us drinks right away. Then, it took forever for him to take our order. Didn’t GET the food until 7:50, half was wrong. My wife didn’t get her order until 8:11, which was wrong, again. Had to wait 15 minutes after we ate to get the ticket and. We were out the door at 8:34. The food was not great. For an upscale place in West Des Moines, this was a real let down.
We just had the best experience at lunch! Raul is an absolutely amazing server! So attentive, friendly, and had refills out to us before our glasses were even empty. He was happy and had a smile every time we saw him! We go out to eat often and service has just been lacking everywhere we go. Not today! Way to go Raul! We will be back for sure!
We dined here for the first time tonight, and it was a great experience overall. Our server, Samantha, was fantastic! Despite the busy atmosphere, she consistently checked in on us. I had a great experience at this restaurant! We were seated quickly, and the tables and restrooms were spotless. The service was outstanding—our server, Harrison, was excellent, and Alex was a fantastic host. The food was incredible: delicious, generous portions, and very reasonably priced. I can't wait to return often!
Chips are thin what I like, the salsa was great, had some spices on it. We ordered two different types of Fajitas, both were delicious and large quantities. You could taste the meat grilled over a real fire, not a grill top on a burner. Everything and everything impressed, the waiter was a professional.
Very delicious Mexican American cuisine. The red sauce on Chimichanga was particularly good! The prices are not overwhelming, but willing to wait for your food as they seem a little slow. Not sure if they need more workers or not, but most places run without full staff in these days.
I absolutely love going here for Taco Tuesday! Two tacos are quite filling, and the corn shells are perfectly fried and crispy. I highly recommend this place! You can choose your favorite meat to top them off... Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We have similar places in Texas, and while this one was close, I was really surprised by how much hotter the hot sauce was. Don't get me wrong—I loved it! I just didn't expect it to be that spicy.
