The ramen at One Ramen And Sushi is excellent. We tried the tonkotsu and sesame varieties, both of which were fantastic and less salty than what I've had elsewhere, which is a big plus. However, the service was quite disappointing; I had to wait a long time for a table and then didn't receive the water I requested even after asking three times. I also had to ask multiple times for additional dishes and often found myself waiting for the check. This is a small, three-person operation, and the layout is quirky, requiring you to go through the kitchen to access the tiny restroom. I might consider returning, but only if I have plenty of spare time to wait around.
Ramens are excellent. We had Tonkotsu and spicy Sesame. Both were great. Less salty than any ramens we had before HOWEVER, and this is a big one. The wait is terrible. Wait for table, then once sat down, I kept asking for waters which I didn’t get afterthe third request. Asking for extra bowls three times. Waiting forever for the check. It’s a 3 men restaurant business. A verysmall restaurant you have to go through the kitchen to get to smallest restroom you can find anywhere Will I go back? Probablynot. Unless I have nothing to do and willing to sit around waiting

I would give this restaurant 3.5 stars. My friends and I stopped here for dinner and tried the Ramen and Sushi. There was both indoor and outdoor seating available. They do not have an alcohol license, but they offer soft drinks. The Sashimi was fresh and tasty. We ordered the salmon cucumber roll, spicy tuna, and double eel rolling tuna with mango, which were all just okay, nothing special. The Tonkatsu was average. The restaurant is small and the service was a bit slow due to limited staff. Prices were reasonable.

Beautiful little restaurant in the streets if Boston which provides promising high level authentic Japanese taste... we are from India and we loved sushi here(for veg sweet potato timpura) was delicious. For non veg, salmon was mind blowing... meso bowl was Okey okey.. we totally gonna skip the bowl and just eat lot of sushi next time. Staff was very nice and understanding as we were not sure whT to order and they helped well. It's not a fine dine restaurant but it's definitely fine taste!!! I highly recommend.

My interest in sushi has never been piqued like this before! We tried various dishes, starting with the “vegetable miso” based on its rave reviews, but none of us found it appealing. However, we absolutely loved the “sweet potato tempura roll,” “shrimp tempura roll,” and the “salmon with sweet potato special roll.” The staff also worked very hard and were responsive.
It bought my interest in Sushi? Never had this delicious sushi! We have tried various things We ordered ?vegetable miso? by reading great reviews about it, but none of us found it interesting! But we loved ?sweet potato tempura roll?? Shrimp tempura roll? Salmon with Sweet Potato Special Roll? Also work very hard and react staff

Oh my goodness! Excellent homemade noodles and soup. The miso is great! Bowls are big enough to feed ya and not leave ya hungry. The service is exceptional and they bust their butts to make you feel welcome. Very good choice for dinner.
It was our first time the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Very good sushi? authentic place ?nice outside sitting? soya sauce was a bit too salty.
