I’ve been on the hunt to find a new local favorite and I think this spot might be it today was my first time at One Spring which might be too early to leave a review but I couldn’t help myself.The barista was so sweet and kind! He took the time to make my “iced vanilla oat latte” while making conversation about some of the new menu updates that are soon to come. I was sooo pleasantly surprised when I took my first sip, as the coffee was so ?? creamy and yum. I’m looking forward to being back soon!The overall atmosphere of the shop is certainly very quiet as other reviews have mentioned but I feel like that’s very helpful when one is trying to sit down and just focus on getting some work done...
I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately it was the worst coffee I ever had. I got an iced americano and an iced mocha. The mocha was… a cup of milk? I never had an iced mocha come out to be the color white. Immediately threw it out. And the americano the barista used ice cubes to cool it down and then put the water in after so it was very very watered down. The ambiance is beautiful but will not be back.
This is the best coffee shop I've visited in a long time, and I truly love my coffee! My friend and I enjoyed a fantastic cold brew and some delicious muffins. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely girl named Cassandra, who made us feel right at home. She even played some Amy Winehouse for us after I mentioned how much I enjoy singing her songs! We will definitely return the next time we're in Long Island. -Brittany <3
I loved their turmeric chai latte and their raspberry white chocolate ice cream the first time I visited, but Ajay’s iced turmeric latte with coconut milk today was perfect. Thanks so much for recommending I try it with lavender! (Frida Panda loves it here too) ??

Traveling all the way from California, I want to get an afternoon coffee and found this place.Such a hot day and cold brew made my day to pass through the afternoon.
The barista looks is on some heavy drug. Took 20 min to make a matcha latte in which the matcha wasn’t even dissolved. $7 later, I tossed it in the trash.
What a charming local gem! The coffee was excellent. They were a bit short on some items during our visit, but we definitely plan to return!
The service is excellent, and the ambiance is enjoyable! I would certainly return.
