I just arrived at my hotel and didn't feel like a long walk and this was very close. Looks like a franchise, but maybe not. Food was average and fast. Service was decent, but no ketchup for the fries and roast chicken was kind of dry. Not sure I would go back, but it was ok.
I had the pleasure of being served by a delightful girl named Coco at the restaurant. I observed her handling difficult customers with grace and professionalism. Having worked in customer service before, I believe she did an excellent job and provided exceptional service.
I am a frequent customer at this restaurant. They stay open late into the early morning hours. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is fresh, delicious, and offers a good variety.
