Terrible experience at this bar. My parents order was missed and when we enquired about it it still did not come out. Multiple orders that were placed after theirs came out and still no sign of our parents order. No apology for the stuff up and no offer of a drink or anything of that nature. We decided to speak to the manager about the situation. However, the staff at the register dismissed our concerns, saying they were "very busy," showing no empathy whatsoever. We repeatedly requested to speak with the manager, but each time, he refused to engage with us. After waiting for 15 minutes to see the manager, it became clear he was ignoring us, likely hoping we would just give up and leave. THE WORST place i have ever been. The staff rude and interruptive when trying to explain our issues and dismissive. Asked for the manager to come and talk to us about our concerns but was completely ignored. I visited the restaurant today and have been to several of their locations before. The food and service have always been exceptional. The quality of the meals is consistently high, delicious, and the portions are generous. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and dedicated. This place is a must-visit for their midweek lunch deal—it’s fantastic! The meals are very affordable, and the cocktails are reasonably priced as well. Keep up the great work, everyone.
