I had a wonderful dinner tonight at Oriens Asian Fusion! The appetizer arrived quickly, was hot, and absolutely delicious. The flavors were deep yet well-balanced, without being overpowering. We also ordered a grilled pork salad bowl with vermicelli, which featured bright, fresh flavors, a variety of textures, some crunchy elements, and a lovely smoky char on the pork. The Pad Thai was very good; I ordered it with medium heat, and it truly had a balanced kick. While it may not be the most authentic Pad Thai, I think that's reasonable for a fusion restaurant, and it was definitely tasty! Beautiful interior. Updated since the photo on the thumbnail. The dumplings were fantastic, tasty and crispy, Had the beef ribs and the pork belly. Lots of meat in both dishes. Very impressed with it as it was double if not more than what I was expecting. Lots of vegetables as well. The problem is that they come on sizzling cast iron plates. The soy sauce and the lowest level of vegetables end up with a burnt taste. I was going to rate 3 stars, but everything else was top notch. WILL try again, but with different dishes.
Absolutely amazing restaurant! The presentation is fantastic, with a modern atmosphere, comfortable chairs, and beautifully arranged tables. Even the cutlery stands out, featuring gold forks and knives. The menu offers a large variety of delicious dishes that are nothing short of brilliant. I tried the spicy beef noodles and the bulgogi noodles, both of which were exceptional. From now on, all my gift cards will be dedicated to this place!
Vegetarian options are available, and there are also gluten-free and nut-free choices for those with dietary restrictions. The parking situation is a bit tight, with only about 20 spots in a small lot, so it can get crowded on busy nights. showed up at 8 and they closed at 8:30. The waiter kept letting us know if we didn't finish our food before 8:30 we would have to leave unfinished. We finished before so I don't know what would have happened if we didn't. Was disappointed that the bulgugi is just hamburger.
