We placed an order for Chinese food with a promised delivery time, but the food still hadn't arrived when we contacted the restaurant. After trying to reach them multiple times with no success, we visited the restaurant in person. They informed us that they had tried to deliver the food several times but had taken it back to the restaurant because we hadn't answered the phone. Our contact information on the ordering platform was up to date, and we had no issues with our phone service. They suggested we collect the food ourselves if we wanted it immediately, and offered us a complimentary cracker. We decided to try this Chinese restaurant for the first time. The prices were quite high, but it was the only Chinese restaurant open at the time. Unfortunately, we waited for hours and still did not receive our food. We had to go pick it up ourselves. Upon arrival, we had to navigate through a crowded pub to get to our food, which was sitting on the side and was the third order out for delivery. Thankfully, we were able to pick it up ourselves or else we would not have eaten. Additionally, the phone line was busy so we couldn't even contact them. We are not likely to order from here again.
My partner placed an order for Chinese food that was supposed to be delivered through a message on Just Eat. Unfortunately, the order never arrived and when we inquired, we were informed that it had been completed and would arrive at a later time. However, it has been hours now and the food still hasn't shown up. We have attempted to contact the restaurant but the phone line is busy and even tried to chat with Just Eat again, but we are left waiting with a disappointing level of service.
we always order from here and are never disappointed. it's hard to find a good local Chinese, but now we finally have great. always fast to deliver or pick up and always good quality.
