The food was not as good as it has been in the past. But was fresh and tasty. However, Sami sauce was not included yet I requested and paid for extra. When I called the young lady told me they cost .25 cents yet when I found the receipt it was actually .75. For an order of more than 75.00 I would wish it was packed properly.I was agitated with the lack of regard for my patronage and hard earned money. Something so small was so off putting. Don’t know if I would come again as something has changed since I first came here.
The staff was great, very accommodating. The food was good, a pleasant surprise that vegan fare was also on the menu, and not just salads either!Pricing is quite high. Orleans York is marked up, and for some items on the menu, the prices don't make sense. It can be way too expensive for what you get. Other items make more sense, like the premium Po' Boys or fish chicken platters.Ambience is a mixed bag; some locations are more pleasant than others.
The service the food the people the owners all are quality and worth the time and money spent there. Just meant them and they feel like family. Met the owner of this location and he’s very personable and makes sure you are satisfied and taken care of. He won’t let you leave unsatisfied. Food is full of flavor and everything here is made from scratch daily! All homemade style food. Highly recommend going, cause I’ll be coming back.
I ordered vegan wings and fries, which were advertised as costing $10.99 on the menu. However, I was charged $16 even after I pointed out the discrepancy to the cashier. I made my first visit to the restaurant and absolutely loved the gumbo. The portion sizes were generous, and the flavor was fantastic. It could use a bit more spice, but it's definitely worth the price. I'm excited for my second visit to try the po' boy!
Friendly and helpful service. Truly dilicious shrimp (grilled or fried) po'boys. Very clean. A few sit down tables with an outdoor seating area. Geared towards take out.Wheelchair accessibility: A step up curb would make wheel chair access difficult.
This restaurant offers delicious food, although it is a bit on the expensive side. The flavors are worth it! As for parking, it's located in a shopping center, so there's plenty of available spaces.

Best shrimp po boy sandwiches in town! The catfish plate here is also delicious. I would recommend ordering ahead of time because of the wait.
