"We won't bother to return anytime soon!. We have been going to Osaka for the past few years for family Birthdays. Tonight we went with great anticipation of a fun time. What a disappointment! The service was horrid and there was one poor waitress taking care of many different tables. Drinks were not refilled, we weren't offered a special Birthday song and when I went to complain to the girl at the front desk, she saw fit to argue with me. The food was the worst I've had there. The lobster was fishy and tasted different. We were there to celebrate three family birthdays and were so very disappointed."
