However, on my second visit, I was seated at the bar with a different chef, and the experience was notably different. The presentation of the sushi was lacking—there were fewer knife cuts, some pieces had insufficient sauce, and the rice-to-fish ratio varied. Overall, it felt very average. Wow! This is the best authentic sushi I’ve ever had—definitely not the American-style sushi you might be used to. I ordered the omakase, and each piece was a delicious bite of imported fish from Japan, complemented by Japanese sake and beer, all of which were fantastic. Be prepared to spend over $100 per person if you sit at the bar, but it’s absolutely worth it. Reservations are essential! As for kid-friendliness: it’s not the right place for children. Delicious 10 piece omakase for only $65!! Given the price not the cream of the crop but for the price, the freshness was really great! It comes out at once which we liked rather than one by one since we were a bit in a bit of a rush. The restaurant itself is nice, small, and had a cozy feeling. Service was quick and good.

I enjoyed the omakase at this restaurant while sitting at the sushi bar. The chef was exceptional, and every piece of sushi was not only delicious but also practically melted in my mouth. The experience was well worth the price.
