I'm not sure how the staff at this location was hired, but they really give off the impression that they don't want to be there. The bigger issue, however, was that they ran out of food during dinner on a Saturday. It only got worse because they didn't even seem to know what items they had run out of. I asked for chicken, only to be told they only had beef available, which was more expensive. My friend opted for the beef as well since he received the same information. I received my order, but they completely forgot about my friend's. When we reminded them, they told us they were out of beef and could only offer chicken. I normally don 't leave reviews but with the same issue occurring three times, I decided I just had to. Third time is the charm. This location is listed as being open until 10PM. However, I have been THREE times now around 8PM and have been told that they have run out of food , run out of rice etc. I simply do not understand how a fast food establishment runs out of their staple food items. One instance we were told that they would have to cook more rice which would take over 45 minutes. Which is not fast , by any means. My wife and I were looking for a place to grab a bite to eat and we were tired of the same old burrito or burger choices. We drove into the plaza on our way home and saw Osmows. I remembered their funny commercials I so told my wife let’s try a new place and see what it’s about. The young man in the black turban who greeted us was super nice and super friendly. I explained it was my first visit and he took the time to explain the menu, the types of food they have and what’s most popular. My wife had the shawarma and I had the chicken and rice bowl. Vegetarian options are available, including Beyond Meat, but it seems to depend on their stock. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, I wouldn’t recommend this place — I wouldn’t trust them to accommodate specific needs. On the plus side, there’s plenty of parking in the large plaza, and shawarma places are generally kid-friendly. My first review of this place said it was great, but I think the management must have changed. What a complete 180…. The food portion just got smaller while price went up, service also changed as it no longer as friendly as before. I don’t feel like I am going to spend my hard earned money at this chain anymore.

I have called them at least five different times to order 30mins before close and every time they tell me they have no food.left. I used to come once a week with my family and spend over $50. I am done now..
