I normally don 't leave reviews but with the same issue occurring three times, I decided I just had to. Third time is the charm. This location is listed as being open until 10PM. However, I have been THREE times now around 8PM and have been told that they have run out of food , run out of rice etc. I simply do not understand how a fast food establishment runs out of their staple food items. One instance we were told that they would have to cook more rice which would take over 45 minutes. Which is not fast , by any means. My wife and I were looking for a place to grab a bite to eat and we were tired of the same old burrito or burger choices. We drove into the plaza on our way home and saw Osmows. I remembered their funny commercials I so told my wife let’s try a new place and see what it’s about. The young man in the black turban who greeted us was super nice and super friendly. I visit this place frequently and usually order the student special. The staff is aware that I'm a student, but I didn’t receive a student card this year due to online classes caused by COVID. Despite this, Mubarak refused to sell me the student special because my card is from last year. I've shown it to him previously, and I even offered to confirm my school if he wanted. However, he chose to be unreasonably difficult about it. I decided to order a large chicken on the rocks instead. Every time I visit this Osmow's location, I leave feeling disappointed. The portion sizes are consistently smaller than they should be for the prices they charge. When you request extra, it often doesn't happen either. My container was barely filled halfway with rice. I recommend avoiding this location! My first review of this place said it was great, but I think the management must have changed. What a complete 180…. The food portion just got smaller while price went up, service also changed as it no longer as friendly as before. I don’t feel like I am going to spend my hard earned money at this chain anymore.
Fantastic Shawarma location. Always fresh food, great service. Clean and friendly environment. Lots of parking nearby. Not sure if the accessible door button works for those needing it. Overall, great experience.
I have called them at least five different times to order 30mins before close and every time they tell me they have no food.left. I used to come once a week with my family and spend over $50. I am done now..

Love this place and the employees. Although they are always busy they are fast and always my order right, even though I always have large orders with special requests. The best!
