I had an unfortunate experience at this restaurant because of the rude staff, who seemed to display bias against Muslim customers. After waiting for 40 minutes, our order was placed at the back of the queue, and other patrons who arrived after us were served first, despite their orders being more complicated and taking longer to prepare. I tried to raise this issue and requested a refund twice, but my concerns were ignored. I cannot recommend visiting this establishment until the staff improves their behavior.
I was really let down by my experience at this restaurant. The entrance was messy, and the restrooms were in very poor condition. The music was far too loud, which made it difficult to enjoy my meal. Regarding the food, the rice was undercooked, and the chicken was tough and chewy. The fattoush salad was disappointing as well; it was missing key ingredients like tomatoes, sumac, olive oil, and lemon or lime juice, consisting only of some tossed lettuce and croutons. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit.

The staff at this restaurant are quite rude. One waitress named Megha struggles with customer communication. We waited nearly 45 minutes for our order, and they didn't even ask for our names. When we asked for ketchup, they informed us we would have to pay for it, which seems unreasonable given that we ordered nine dishes. If they keep her on the team, they risk losing customers. I had a very disappointing experience with the chicken saj wrap. I always ask them to distribute the vegetables and chicken evenly, but they never seem to get it right. When I request mild spice, it ends up being excessively hot instead. The bread was also undercooked, and there was no sauce, which made everything quite dry. The veggies and olives sank to the bottom while the dry chicken sat on top. I certainly won’t be ordering that wrap again!
